Then you’ve come to the right place. Fn Strong is led by Cara Westin, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With over 35 years of experience as a competitive athlete and trainer,  Cara and Fn Strong is dedicated to making you strong!

Fn Strong is focused on sport specific strength training for the athlete, amateur or professional. Westin has over 30 years of powerlifting experience with elite totals in two weight classes, and has trained and coached many lifters to success on the platform.

And with nearly 30 years of experience with a major city police department and having reached the rank of lieutenant, Cara has provided strength training to many law enforcement officers. With a background in tactical training and having commanded hundreds of tactical incidents, she is uniquely qualified to work with tactical teams and both men and women in the development of training programs specific to their needs. (Cara passed the FBI SWAT physical test while in her forties.)

Fn Strong provides one-on-one and small group coaching and training, both in the gym and through online consultation. Fn Strong is located at 1809 23rd Street in Sacramento, California.
